Purchase Policy
At Bloom Bakery, we take pride in the quality of our food and service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are unsatisfied with your order and are seeking a resolution in good faith, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We are happy to address concerns when brought to us promptly and respectfully.
Refund requests, if considered, must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the transaction and must include your original receipt.

We will never make verbal arrangements for refunds or entertain requests made outside of this process.
